The Kasr Al Ainy endoscopy unit is a highly equipped tertiary center serving more than 12,000 patients annually, it operates on a daily basis with an on call team for emergencies.

The unit offers specialized training in a variety of interventional endoscopic procedures such as endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), luminal stenting techniques, advanced resection techniques, endoscopic closure techniques including suturing, deep enteroscopy, and other advanced procedures.
